Our shipping rates are pretty straightforward. We’re a small company shipping to a big world.
This page is a reader-friendly summary of our legal fine print that talks about shipping. You’ll find all the details in our terms and conditions under section 3 “Delivery Conditions.”
Shipping Destinations
We’re currently able to ship our products to these countries:
- DACH region of Germany (DE), Austria (AT), and Switzerland (CH)
- Ireland and all other member states of the European Union (EU)1
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK)2
- United States of America (USA)3
1 The EU has 27 members, three of which we’ve already mentioned: Germany, Austria, and Ireland. The others are Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Flat-Fee Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We add shipping costs separately as a flat fee at checkout. Depending on your country, orders over a certain value ship for free.
To qualify for free shipping, the order value must be at or above the threshold for your country. “Order value” is the sum total of your shopping cart including taxes but excluding shipping fees and import duties (tariffs).
If you decide to shop with us in another currency, the euro is our base and the prices you see automatically convert to your preferred currency. Exchange rates are sourced daily from the European Central Bank (ECB) through a third-party provider.
The table below shows our flat fees, minimum order values for free shipping, and delivery deadlines for the regions we serve.

Despite the modern logistics operation, sometimes unexpected delays can happen. To allow for this reality, our legal fine print sets reasonable deadlines for delivery to different regions of the world. The clock starts ticking once we receive your order payment in full.
If we miss a deadline, you’re legally entitled to cancel your order and get a full refund. This doesn’t affect your other rights, such as the German right of withdrawal or Widerrufsrecht, which starts from the day you receive the products.
